Practice/Staff News: Fall 2020

• During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our Plano, Tyler, and Norman, OK locations are still closed. Our Dallas and Grapevine locations are still open with normal business hours (8 am – 5 pm). The appointments are curb-side only.

• For our curb-side appointments and medication pick-ups, please call our office when you reach the parking lot and a staff member will come outside to assist you as soon as possible. Once a dermatologist has examined your pet, he/she will call you to discuss your pet’s appointment.

• Every year our dermatologists attend a one-week continuing education seminar to learn the newest advances in veterinary dermatology. This year’s seminar was in Sydney, Australia. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic they will no longer be traveling, but don’t worry, they will be attending the seminar remotely!
