Veterinary Eye Institute Construction of the Veterinary Eye Institute office in Plano (near Custer and Sam Rayburn Tollway/Hwy 121) is underway. We will soon see the foundation poured and the walls constructed. Dr. Liska will see patients at that location when construction is completed.
