Practice/Staff News: Summer 2020

• During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our Plano, Tyler, and Norman, OK locations are closed to limit the spread of germs between locations. We’re still operating normal business hours (8 am – 5 pm) at our Dallas and Grapevine locations, but appointments are curb-side only.

• For curb-side appointments and medication pick-ups, please call our office when you reach the parking lot and a staff member will come outside to assist you as soon as possible. Your pet will be brought inside and the dermatologist will call you to discuss your appointment once they’ve examined your pet.

• Dr. Karen Ho is back from maternity leave starting July 1st. She has missed her patients and we will all be happy to have her back!

• Sadly, Dr. Jacqueline Gimmler is leaving ADRC to spend more time with her kids. We’re sorry to see her go, but understand how important family is and we wish her the best!
